Later Life Day Services at Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust

This year, we have collaborated with Later Life Day Services at Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust to deliver creative music-making sessions for older people with acute mental health conditions at North Manchester General Hospital, Wythenshawe Hospital and the Victoria Park Centre. A celebration event on 22nd June 2017 marked four months of fantastic sessions across the care settings. We are extremely grateful to Macc and Manchester CCG for their support of this project.
