We’re No. 1 in Spinningfields

Watch BAM Construct UK’s video of a project that took place in January and February 2017, in which young people from the Heart of Manchester partnership schools and Hazelhurst Primary School in Bury wrote new music ready for a performance at the ‘topping out ceremony’ of the new No. 1 Spinningfields building! The project involved the young people visiting the site to gain inspiration for their song, and then work with Camerata musicians to create the new music which detailed their ideas about what could be inside the building. It was an adventure performing on the 19th floor in PPE!
