No Sleep til Spinningfields

In January and February 2017, Camerata in the Community worked in partnership with BAM Construct UK on a project to mark the topping out ceremony of a new building in Manchester city centre called No. 1 Spinningfields. Young people from five Manchester primary schools and a Bury primary school visited the construction site to take inspiration from the scene and write a new song, accompanied by brass band, to perform at the ceremonial event on 17th February.
