Manchester really is the City of Songs!
Our new City of Songs project is underway! We’re working with teachers from four primary schools in Manchester in a two year project from September 2018 to July 2020 to teach them all about song writing and how this can be embedded in the curriculum. We started the project by exploring what song writing means and how this project can help develop music making in each of these schools. Cumbria’s Still Calling!
Our Cumbria Calling ‘Tales of Eden’ project continues! Throughout a series of workshops our group of young composers have written their own song cycle; ‘The Traveller’.
